Sybase 365 mBanking Reports

Sybase 365 has conducted mobile banking surveys in Europe, Asia-Pacific and the Americas. These surveys reveal significant enthusiasm for existing and future mobile banking services from consumers. They also highlight some significant cultural and demographic differences between – and within – regions, however, which meams that financial services organizations will need to execute mobile banking strategies in an appropriate and tailored way to ensure that the opportunity is successful.  

The survey was undertaken across the three key international regions, and was focused on speaking to a representative sample of mobile users about a range of mobile banking issues. In total, over 6,500 mobile users contributed to the research worldwide.
